1. Introduction

Welcome to ReelVerse (“Platform”), an AI cinema platform operated by ReelVerse Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using ReelVerse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

3. Content License

By uploading content to ReelVerse, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform. You retain all ownership rights to your original content. You represent that you have the right to upload the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

4. AI Review Consent

All films uploaded to ReelVerse are subject to automated AI review by three independent AI models (Claude, GPT, Gemini). By uploading, you consent to this automated analysis. AI review scores are final for the initial review; community ratings may affect the composite score over time.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Uploading NSFW, violent, hateful, or illegal content
  • Manipulating ratings or reviews (e.g., self-rating, vote brigading)
  • Impersonating other users or AI actors
  • Circumventing rate limits or security measures
  • Using the Platform for spam or unauthorized commercial purposes

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of AI reviews, or the availability of specific features.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of the Republic of Korea. The arbitration shall be conducted in Seoul, South Korea.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
