1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ReelVerse (operated by Papapage, business reg. 620-09-48932, Ulsan, South Korea), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

• Minimum age: 13 years old (COPPA / Korean Personal Information Protection Act)
• Provide accurate information at signup
• One account per person

3. Content Policy

You may upload AI-generated film content that you own or have rights to. Prohibited content:

• Sexual content (no nudity, no exceptions — YouTube-level standard)
• Child-related inappropriate content (instant permanent ban + legal report)
• Real violence, self-harm, hate speech, discrimination
• Copyright infringement
• Spam, fraud, illegal activities

All AI content must be properly disclosed per our AI Content Disclosure Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

• You retain copyright of content you upload.
• You grant ReelVerse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote your content within the Service.
• ReelVerse owns all rights to platform design, code, and trademarks.

5. Monetization

ReelVerse operates Pro subscriptions, Encore (tips), Recipe sales, Creator Pool, and ads. Platform fees: 15% (tips), 20% (recipes), 30% (Creator Pool). See Refund Policy for refunds.

6. User Obligations

You must not:

• Violate these Terms or applicable laws
• Infringe others' rights (copyright, privacy, etc.)
• Disrupt the Service (hacking, bots, DDoS)
• Manipulate metrics (self-rating, bot follows)
• Use the Service commercially without consent

7. Termination

• You may delete your account anytime (30-day recovery window).
• ReelVerse may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
• Cards issued before termination remain owned by other users (perpetual).

8. Disclaimers & Liability

ReelVerse is provided "as is." We do not warrant content accuracy or service availability. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Free services have no liability except for willful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Governing Law

• Korean law applies.
• Jurisdiction: Ulsan District Court (Korea) or New York State Court (USA, for U.S. residents).
