• User cancellation: Pro-rated refund for unused period

• Automated: Settings > Subscription > Refund (for Pro / Recipe pre-download)

  • Payment date and amount
  • Transaction ID
  • Reason

Processing Time

• Automated: Same day - 1 business day
• Manual: 3 business days review + 5 business days payout
• Card refunds: 7-14 days (Toss processing)

When We May Refuse

• Account suspended for violations
• Outside refund window
• Already downloaded digital content
• Mismatched payment info
• Abuse pattern (repeat refund-then-rebuy)
