1. Revenue Sources & Fees

Creators earn revenue through the following channels:

• Creator Pool: Platform 30% / Creator 70% (distributed proportional to watch-time)
• Encore: Platform 10% / Creator 90%
• Recipe Sales: Platform 20% / Creator 80%
• Casting Fees: Actor owner sets 0–30% fee rate, snapshot fixed at casting time and unchangeable after

Fee rates are managed via auto_rules and may be adjusted by administrators with prior notice.

2. Settlement Schedule

• Monthly 1st: Previous month revenue close
• Monthly 5th: Settlement confirmed + statement notification sent
• Monthly 5th–15th: Withdrawal request period
• Monthly 20th: Payment completed (Wise / PayPal)

3. Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: $10
• Available methods: Wise or PayPal (configured by director)
• Account deletion forfeits any remaining balance under $10

4. Taxes

• Tax filing in accordance with local law is the creator's responsibility.
• The platform provides payment statements for your records.

5. Casting Fee Details

• Actor owner sets a fee rate between 0–30%.
• The rate is snapshot-fixed at casting time and cannot be changed after.
• Pool distribution: casting fee is deducted from the director's share and distributed to the actor owner.
• No additional platform cost is applied to casting fees.

6. Dispute Resolution

For users in the United States, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, with venue in New York County.

For users in Korea, disputes shall be resolved under Korean law with jurisdiction at the Ulsan District Court.
