Children Under 13 — Blocked
We require birth year at signup. Users under 13 are blocked.

- OAuth signup: birth_year required at onboarding
Children Under 14 (Korean PIPA)
Korean law may require legal guardian consent for users under 14. We minimize data collection for this group and plan to introduce a guardian consent flow.

Parental Rights
Parents/guardians of users 13-17 may:
- Access their child's data
- Request account deletion
- Restrict content access
Email support@reelverse.io with proof of relationship. Processed within 7 days.
If a Child Under 13 is Detected
- Immediate account deactivation
- Immediate data deletion (no 30-day grace)
- Parent notification when possible
