ReelVerse hosts AI-generated film content. This policy ensures transparency per EU AI Act, Korean AI Guidelines, and international best practices.
1. AI Disclosure
- All content is presumed AI-generated.
- "AI Generated" badge displayed on all film cards and detail pages.
- Machine-readable AI metadata in downloads/shares.
2. EU AI Act Compliance (Article 50)
- AI-generated content: Marked in machine-readable format.
- Deepfakes (Article 50(4)): ReelVerse bans all impersonation of real people.
3. Korean AI Guidelines
- Korean-language "AI 생성" label for Korean users.
- Voice synthesis disclosure when applicable.
- Political/factual deepfakes prohibited.
4. Creator Obligations
When uploading, creators warrant:
- Compliance with AI tool ToS
- Legal use of training data
- Real-person impersonation only with consent
- No copyright-infringing training data
5. Prohibited AI Content
- Real-person impersonation without consent
- Deepfake pornography (instant permanent ban)
- Child-related AI content (instant ban + legal report)
- Election manipulation
- AI fraud/phishing (voice cloning of others)
6. AI Moderation
3-stage system:
- AI auto-review: Whisper STT, frame extraction, Moderation API, ACRCloud music ID, copyright detection
- User reports: Weighted reputation system
- Admin review: SLA 2h (urgent), 24h (high), 72h (normal)
7. AI Training Opt-Out
We block AI training crawlers via robots.txt:
- GPTBot, ChatGPT-User
- Claude-Web, anthropic-ai
- Google-Extended
- CCBot, PerplexityBot
We do not sell user content to external AI training. Internal use limited to service operation (recommendations, moderation).
8. User Rights
- Correct inaccurate AI labels
- Delete own content (cards remain perpetual)
